Overload Protection: The current foldback circuitry is designed to prevent from overload. The overload indicator will be lit up when the unit is overloaded.

Overheating Protection: The overheating circuitry is functioned when the unit reaches a certain high temperature to prevent the unit from damage. When the circuitry is functioned, the output voltage and current will drop down to a safe value and the overload indicator will light.
