Ham World, Inc. Terms & Conditions of Sale: RETURNS - Any defective item may be returned for exchange, credit or upgrade within 10 days of purchase date. Contact Ham World Inc. via email for instructions. Non-defective items may be returned within 10 days of purchase date with management approval only. Non-defective items approved for return will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Any credit(s), or refund(s) due customer may have a re-stocking fee of 15% deducted from amount of credit/refund. Customer must contact Ham World, Inc. via email concerning all returns at: sales@hamworldinc.com, stating problem/concern and providing contact information including day and evening telephone number(s).
Books, software, dvd's, cd's, custom cables and other "special" order items can not be returned under any circumstances.
All return items, whether deemed defective or not, must be returned to: Ham World, Inc., 309 East Street North, Talladega, AL 35160, with shipping/freight prepaid by customer.
WARRANTY REPAIR: Should any product be determined to be defective and requiring warranty repair, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact and make arrangements with the appropriate manufacturer for warranty repair.
